My name is Lara Patel and I am a young entrepreneur and founder of Bite Me Cookies By Lara.

To me, food is the key connection to people, specifically sweets and baked goods. I started my experimenting with baking at 14 years old during the isolation of 2020’S COVID-19. Due to the seclusion of COVID, I thought the best way to connect with people without having direct contact could be through my favorite thing, cookies.
